Physiotherapy
Physiotherapy treatments in Gwynedd and Anglesey
At J.W. Health & Physio we have the most up to date electrical and rehabilitation equipment and the latest physiotherapy training to treat any number of physical ailments.
During your treatment we always use a mixture of physiotherapy techniques including careful, hands-on manipulation of joints, soft tissue massage, electrotherapy, acupuncture etc, so that every aspect of your condition has been addressed thoroughly.
We always offer the highest standard of care, striving to help you understand your condition with simple, straight forward explanations and give advice and strategies to prevent further episodes occurring. We have a pleasant waiting area, 2 clinic rooms and a gym.

We will never just assess and give a list of exercises.
We treat acute conditions, where you may only need to come a few times and the problem is gone, and unlike the NHS, we treat chronic conditions where you may come once a month to maintain the mobility in your back or keep that arthritic hip or knee going whilst you are waiting for surgery for example. We can teach you how to manage these chronic conditions to give you a better quality of life. You can give us a ring and we can discuss the options.
One treatment may include a range of therapies, soft tissue or joint mobilisation, neural flossing, massage, electrotherapy, myofascial release , acupuncture, ergonomic and postural advice. We alway follow up your treatment with self help advice, and a home exercise protocol to continue your improvement at home.
